Aqua aerobics is the safe low impact way to get fit, loose weight and have fun at the same time.

Our classes are very popular because we have qualified instructors, who are enthusiastic and structure the class to maximize the workout for you.

If you are unable to swim then our unique pool can cater for you. We have 2 shallow ends ensuring plenty of space for you to complete your workout in comfort. A lot of participants who are unable to swim still enjoy the class as it is a safe and fun way to workout.

Aqua aerobics is a safe way to exercise as there is little to no impact on any of the bodies joints and the resistance is created by the water. It can also be a safe way, once cleared by your doctor, for pregnant women to exercise as there is little to no impact.
